From our first handshake John competed every promise made, kept me informed during the entire process and most importantly he made the house buying process easy. I Once heard that there are 15000 realtors in each state and less than 1% of them sell and asist in buying 95% of the homes sold. If you look at the numbers, John is well within that 1%. Anyone that would take 5 minutes to sit down and get to know him would quickly see why. He’s a man dedicated to helping people, he just happens to be in the Real Estate industry.

I totally trusted John and he did a fantastic job. I sold my house for more then I thought possible, and I had to do only very routine work to get it to closing. He took care of all of it. He also explored other options with me of renting and such, but in the end it seemed like the best thing to do was to sell.
